Quality framework
Quality should be inspectable.
We link every claim to a document. Here's what we test, how, and what those tests can — and can't — tell you.
01 / Identity
What is the material?
Electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry confirms the observed molecular mass matches the expected compound.
02 / Purity
How much of it is the target?
Reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection measures the main-peak area as a percentage of total detected material.
03 / Traceability
Which lot is this?
Each vial and pen carries a lot number that maps to exactly one public batch record and certificate.
From release to your lab
-
1
Lot released
A sample from every production lot is sent for analytical testing before it is listed for sale.
-
2
Certificate published
Results, method, laboratory and test date are published on the COA lookup and the product page.
-
3
Labelled & sealed
Vials are crimp-sealed; pens use a tamper-evident cartridge. Both carry the lot number.
-
4
Stored & dispatched
Material is held cold, dry and dark, and shipped in insulated packaging from Dubai.
What testing does not prove
- HPLC purity does not prove sterility or absence of endotoxin unless those tests are listed.
- A certificate is not evidence of safety, efficacy or clinical suitability.
- Results apply to the tested lot only — always match the lot number on your label.
