Terms of Sale

1. Who we sell to

Products are sold only to customers aged 21 or over who purchase for legitimate laboratory research. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these conditions and that you will comply with all laws that apply to you.

2. Research use only

All products are research chemicals. They are not medicines, foods, supplements or cosmetics, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to people or animals. We do not provide dosing, administration or medical advice.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we reasonably believe the research-use declaration is not accurate or where the destination is restricted. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or Ziina; we never receive or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product. We are not liable for any use of products contrary to these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
