Orders are accepted from adults aged 21 or over who are purchasing materials for legitimate laboratory research. Every order requires a research-use declaration at checkout, and we may decline or cancel orders that do not meet our research use policy.

Both formats contain the same lot-tested material. Vials hold lyophilised powder in sealed glass; the pen format holds the material in a sealed cartridge. Each variant lists its own SKU, strength and linked batch record.

Every vial and pen carries a lot number. Enter it on our COA lookup page to see the matching certificate: purity by HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry, test date and testing laboratory.

No. A COA reports specific analytical results for a batch sample. It does not establish safety, efficacy or suitability for human or veterinary use, and our products are not intended for those purposes.

Orders paid before 2 pm (Sun–Thu) are dispatched the same day. UAE Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days and is free over AED 500. Same-day express is available in Dubai.

We currently ship to GCC countries by courier. Some products may be restricted in certain destinations; checkout will tell you if an item cannot be shipped to your country.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or with Ziina. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are never stored by us.

Your order is saved for 90 minutes. Open the order page from your confirmation email or the order tracker and choose a payment method to try again. You will never be charged twice for the same order.

For quality and traceability reasons, opened items cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we will replace or refund it.
